RPGGamer.org View Update

01/June/2010 Posted by HellStormer1

Hellstormer1 here again.  Had some time, so i sat down and worked a little on the Pegasus from Battlestar Galactica in Starships D6.  It is now updated with revisions I had been thinking about, including adding some of the extra rules from the new D6 Missiles article.  After finishing this, i have also done up The Valkyrie (Re-imagined
Series)
, another ship from the new BSG series.  When this ship first appeared, one couldn't see very much of it, but what we saw looked very cool.  After some updates to much of the ships in the new BSG series by their special effects crew, and also with work from the online fanbase, this ship has come to look both beautiful and deadly all at once.  Hopefully these stats will reflect this.  For the most part, it is a watered down Pegasus, using all of the technologies and abilities the pegasus possesses.  But where the Pegasus is a heavier class of battlestar, the Valkyrie seemed more the backbone and workhorse of the Colonial Fleet.  Therefor, more of them would be seen than the Mercury class Pegasus.  The Valkyrie was never given a class name, so I took a liberty (or 12) and have named it an Athens class.

   ENJOY!
