Force Shield (Con)
Requires the Affect Mind, Enhance Senses, Telepathy, Battlemind, Sense

This power allows one force user use 'shield' another from the force.
The user places a barrier between the target and the force. This does
not strip a target of force use, emrely blocks it for as long as the
shield is raised. It is initialy resited with control and any round
the target wishes to he may take an action to try and break free with
his control vs. the user's alter. As long as the shield remains up the
target may not use the force. He is not restricted in any other way.
