Name: Grutchin Symbiote
Type: Yuuzhan Vong Genetically Created Insect

Dexterity: 3D
Perception: 5D
Strength: 3D+1

Special Abilities:
Yuuzhan Vong Pet: Yuuzhan Vong Pets, like themselves, are completely indetectable through the Force, and cannot be directly affected by it (inderect methods, such as throwing a rock at the biot, still work, but powers such as Lightsaber Combat, Detect Life or Telekinesis do not work).
Fearsome Appearance: The Grutchin is a large insectoid lifeform. It's appearance taps into the primal subconscious fear of insects, and thus it recieves an additional +1D intimidation.
          Claws: STR+1D
          Mandibles: STR+2D
Acidic Secretions: The Grutchin Symbiote's mandibles secreted acid that could quickly melt through metals and flesh. Beings attacked by the Grutchin Symbiote's mandibles do not recieve any armor defense, and their armor is rendered useless after a successful hit, unless the armor has been modified to resist acids.

Move: 6 (on legs), 35 (atmosphere)
Size: 0.2 meter length
Orneriness: 2D

Description: The Grutchin Symbiote was a smaller version of a Grutchin that was genetically created by Yuuzhan Vong Shapers. While appearing to be a much smaller version of a regular Grutchin, the Grutchin Symbiote differed in many ways. First of all, it didn't possess the hardned shell of its cousin, and could not sail on solar winds in space.
The Grutchin Symbiote was used primarily for assassination. It was carried by a Yuuzhan Vong agent. The agent had to undergo ritual modifications in the form of four grooves in the agents back which were filled with bone spurs, while the two smaller front legs latched around the host's neck. The symbiote tapped into the nervous system of the host, allowing it to recieve telepathic commands for as long as it remained on the host's back. At the hosts's command, the symbiote would launch itself from hiding and attack the target.
