Lesser Force Bubble

Effect: Forms a small force bubble around the user, a meter in
diameter, that resists all attempts to penetrate it with a strength of 3D.
However, due to the nature of this bubble, if the user doesn't lower it after
about an hour after he raises it, he will start to ashphyxiate (assuming that
he breathes, that is.)
