RanCorp Compact Assault Vehicle

Utilizing the Neo- unique weapon's project EMP technology Elvar
Nerical created a compact assault vehicle with serious bite. The
vehicle turns a single soldier into an armed assault craft. The
features are all regular CAV features except the Neo-456 vehicle
EMP generator. It creates a specially polarized EMP shockwave
that shuts down any electronic devices without actually damaging
the vehicle's systems themselves. These fast craft are favored
by scouts and certain Jade Ops groups.
