Eriaduan Rat Jambalaya

A Recipe for: Eriaduan Rat

Ingredients:



  • 500g Eriaduan Rat meat, diced (if unavailable substitute chicken)
  • 1 Corellian onion, chopped (if unavailable substitute onion)
  • 1 Rodian bell pepper, chopped (if unavailable substitute bell pepper)
  • 2 stalks Alderaanian celery, chopped (if unavailable substitute celery)
  • 3 cloves Endorian garlic, minced (if unavailable substitute garlic)
  • 200g Kashyyyk mushrooms, sliced (if unavailable substitute mushrooms)
  • 1 cup Corellian rice (if unavailable substitute rice)
  • 1 can Mandalorian diced tomatoes (if unavailable substitute diced tomatoes)
  • 3 cups Alderaanian chicken broth (if unavailable substitute chicken broth)
  • 2 tablespoons Corellian olive oil (if unavailable substitute olive oil)
  • 1 teaspoon Mustafar Cajun seasoning (if unavailable substitute Cajun seasoning)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tatooine paprika (if unavailable substitute paprika)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kashyyyk salt (if unavailable substitute salt)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mandalorian black pepper (if unavailable substitute black pepper)
  • Coruscant green onions, chopped, for garnish (if unavailable substitute green onions)

Instructions:



  1. Heat Corellian olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced Eriaduan Rat meat to the skillet and cook until it's browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the cooked Rat meat from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the chopped Corellian onion, chopped Rodian bell pepper, chopped Alderaanian celery, and minced Endorian garlic. Sauté until they are softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the sliced Kashyyyk mushrooms to the skillet and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they are tender.
  5. Stir in the Corellian rice, Mandalorian diced tomatoes, Alderaanian chicken broth, Mustafar Cajun seasoning, Tatooine paprika, Kashyyyk salt, and Mandalorian black pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  6. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet. Let the jambalaya simmer for about 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is cooked through and most of the liquid is absorbed.
  7. Stir in the cooked Eriaduan Rat meat and continue to simmer for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  8. Remove the skillet from the heat and let the jambalaya rest for a few minutes before serving.
  9. Serve the Eriaduan Rat Jambalaya hot, garnished with chopped Coruscant green onions.
