When i copied this, i moved Repulsorlift Operation 4D+1 to the MECHANICAL skills, then gave it Repulsorlift Repair 4D+1..
I'm gonna make variants of this for 2-3 unusual models in my 15 BBY game.

Yep, agreed, the droid should have Repulsorlift Operation under Mechanical, and Repulsorlift Repair under Technical.
Fixed.
