When Chief Regional Auditor Cygnus Anton of the Galactic Empire visited Calior to claim the southern water works as Imperial property, Carrax protested upon noticing that Anton was accompanied by enforcers of the Crimson Dawn criminal syndicate. Anton had one of the enforcers shoot and kill Carrax before making their demands in order to frighten the other residents into obeying.
